Excellence in Customer Service Award (Non Retail)

This award will recognise a business that can demonstrate across its organisation a commitment to providing the very highest level of customer service and in doing so be described as truly customer focused.

The Excellence in Customer Service Award is open for applications from service providers of any size in Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council area.

Applications will be judged on the following criteria:

  • Customer service strategy/policy
  • How they exceed customer expectations
  • Accolades and achievements in relation to customer service

This is a written submission award. Please download, complete and return the official application form no later than 5pm Friday 12th February 2016.

Stage 1 of the judging process will be to shortlist submissions based on the criteria above. If an applicant is shortlisted for Stage 2, they will be invited to attend a short interview/presentation with the judging panel followed by Q&A. Shortlisted finalists will be notified by Wednesday 17th February 2016. The panel will then rank the shortlist based on the interview. Please note that if an applicant is shortlisted for stage 2 of the judging process, they must be able to attend a 10 minute interview/presentation on Wednesday 24th or Thursday 25th February 2016 at the Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn.
